Would a credit administrator job be an upgrade for me?

This is at a smaller local bank in New England that I already work for, for reference I'm an accounting specialist making $15.50 an hour. Would this position likely pay me more? I like this company but I'll be damned if they aren't cheap with pay, an increase that would make staying here worth it would certainly be nice. This position is within the commercial lending department.
