To employers: Stop posting jobs that say they require "experience" in the "no experience" section of employment websites.

It has frustrated me so many times when I've tried to find a job I can apply for that I have to click out of because it literally says "requires experience". Sometimes the application will say "DO NOT APPLY WITHOUT RELEVANT EXPERIENCE", in caps. Wtf? Maybe don't post there then? Let HR people who are willing to take on people with little-to-no experience get their ads to the top.
