Second interview help

I was invited for a second interview for a account management role at an awesome company that I really want to work for. I am really nervous and I know when I get in situations like this I start drawing blanks. I am worried I will tank this.

My question is: would it be okay to bring in my own notes that are more in depth that I can refer to while I am interviewing? For example, I could bring a list of bullet points of various achieved goals in each place I worked at plus a more in depth look at the daily job? Would that be too much?

If not, what are some tips that can help me from feeling the struggle? I HATE interviewing. I HATE talking about myself.
