I've just started working for 5 months (first job) but even so, my seniors said that I'm still under performing. Well, I kinda think so too, since my colleagues that start working at the same time as me, do perform better than me.
The feedback I get is, I'm not thinking about the task I'm doing as a whole or big picture, low confidence, I'm not thinking about how the task can help the company and lack of skill set
But I'm confused and I'm not sure what can I do, I feel the need to rush to fix these problems but these problems aren't fix in a day. Even if I have the time, I don't even know where I should start, I don't even know what's right or wrong. I guess serves me right for being too reliant on others, I grow too comfort in taking orders and just do it without questioning, I guess "just do it" don't always work. What can I do ?
