How do I find out whether a firm I am applying to have a decent work condition that I am looking for? What do I ask during the interview?

I currently work at a large retail bank as a relationship officer and the working conditions are terrible.

Office is from 9:30am to 7:30pm. I leave home at 7:45am and reach home at 9:30pm due to traffic. I get two day weekends but some companies here only provide one day weekend. At my current work I must wear a formal dress all the time and I am not allowed to roll up my sleeves or loosen my tie even if its 32C+. I must get a bland haircut, shave everyday, wear white shade of dress. I cannot use my mobile phone, not even to call family, or for any other reason. There is no access to online internet. I cannot write in my diary. I cannot go out of the office floor without seeking permission and getting approved. Only one lunch break of 10 minutes at 2pm if there are no customers. No snack breaks. Coworkers are absolutely horrible. Throwing all their work (including personal work) and you can't say no, otherwise its disrespectful to seniors. There is constant insulting by the manager every morning in a 20 minute meeting and the insults are all personal and unnecessary.

Before applying to other companies, I need to find out:

• The dress code there.
• The working hours in practice and the amount of breaks
• The flexibility: Like if I can use my mobile for a few minutes or write in my diary for stress relief. If I can go out for fresh air for a few minutes without taking permission from the manager.
• The coworkers: You really can't find out how bad your coworkers and superiors will be, but a lot depends on company culture. I don't know how I can find out where I will get good coworkers but this is something vital.

So How do I find out whether a firm I am applying to have a decent work condition that I am looking for? What do I ask at the interview? How do I find out before the interview?
