Career Advice

I recently relocated and have been job searching for the past 4 months. I have a Masters in Accounting and over 10 years experience. All the jobs that I have been shortlisted for are below my Salary Grade. At this point I am at a lost, I am really trying to be positive and continue until I get a job. The issue is , do I travel 1 hour to a job with higher pay or do I travel 15 mins to a job with less pay? I am also accounting for Gas, Tolls and Parking? Also, if I accept these jobs It's as if I went to school in Vain and if I don't I cannot pay my bills and provide for my 2 girls in College. PS. Offered will help out somewhat but will definitely not be enough to support all of us.
