Let me start off by saying I'm 18 and I have a job interview later today. I currently work as a security officer. At the interview for my current job, they were desperate for a new person, so I managed to get away with asking about time off and benefits during the interview.
Now that I think about it, it doesnt really seem like an appropriate thing to ask during the Interview ( when the recruiter asks if you have any questions). So my question is, when do you ask about this stuff? I obviously would like to know specifics before I actually start working.
