Are all jobs ultimately difficult/stressful? Why/why not?

I’m interviewing for a few government contracting positions. I just finished up one interview, and my interviewer stressed to me how very difficult the job is, and how they want to make sure I’d be up for the challenge.

This got me thinking- are all jobs ultimately stressful? Or is this limited to government contracting positions? Does anyone have any personal experience with this matter? Thanks all in advance for your responses, I’m curious to hear what you have to say.
