To keep things short and sweet I have been working for a company for 4 years in the same position while I see everyone around me and people hired after me move up. Earlier this year I was given a new position which I was enjoying the new position until one of my coworkers quit and was slowly intigrated back into my old role.
Lately I have been going into meetings with my managers and having them badger me about my numbers asking why I am not reaching my non monetary goals. I told them my issues and they want to follow up with me on Wednesday to see if I improve pretty much asking me am I just working for the company or building up the company. At that point I knew that I'm just done with this place. Keeping a low profile for now
I'm in my early 30s and single feel this is a great op to move on. Im a sales representitive with a BA in communications with 7 years military experience applied and rejected by a few places so far. Any suggestion or morale support is welcome
