Applied for job, got emailed offer for a phone interview. They delayed it for weeks then yesterday, they failed to even call.

Title says it all, still fresh out of college with a somewhat versatile art degree and I've been applying to jobs. I apply to a neat little company that has a cool gig with great perks like travelling and learning great skills. They email me and want to talk further and schedule a phone interview, great!

Date comes, they reschedule, that's fine. Gives me more time to research them and have questions and be on the offensive. Date comes again. Cancelled the morning of. No worries, it's that time of year that companies can get busy. This week, well yesterday, the interview is finally here again, I have my phone out page full of questions and knowledge on the company ready to go. Time requested comes. They don't call. This time there's been no email so far explaining the situation but damn.

Is this a bad sign and shows the company is unprofessional? I know I need a job but I cant help but be hesitant to work with people who blow me off like this. Just bummed because I felt super confident about this gig and having an actual career and it just...disappeared in thin air. Did I offend them in some way?

I think they found a better candidate, hired them and then just didnt want to bother with me.
