TL;DR: I got an email from HR with document called Job Offer that only had my salary, days off per year, and starting date on it. I signed it digitally and emailed it back. I didn't get a response from them. What should I do now?
I want to email them asking things like if the e-contract is binding, how long I'm employed for, where I should go on my first day. What else should I be asking? Is there something I'm missing?

Full story:
I applied to a private company that didn't do the best job at advertising what it was I was applying for. I got the application link from a friend who wasn't sure either because she had gotten it from a friend...
I got interviewed there! It went really f***ing well. The job is exciting! They're trying to build a new department: Public Health featuring Behavioral Economics. The plan is that we're going to do randomized controlled trials on things like moving better food options to more visible parts of the supermarket, and then communicate with the Ministry of Health, recommending implementation of the most beneficial strategies.
The second interview was at the Ministry of Health. They let me know that since we're building a new department, things might be difficult. Because there's no established way of doing things, I'll have to be creative and resourceful and find ways around the rules that will definitely be in my way, because other departments won't help me out. There is no clear job description (yet?).
There were different people at both interviews, but one person was present at both. She works for the private company (according to her business card and LinkedIn profile), but in the second interview it sounded like she worked at the ministry. She said she would personally get back to me in around a week.
A week later, I got an email from HR, Ministry of Health requesting documents (ID, college certificate, etc). I sent them and got back a job offer. The job offer had no job description (kind of expected) but also no working hours and it didn't say how long I'm contracted for. I signed it with my stylus on my phone and emailed it back yesterday. No response.
