Hi all,
I am currently employed as a paid canvasser by the California Democratic Party through the general election. I have connected with most campaign staff but they do not have a solid outlook job-wise for what to to do after the election is over. If any of you worked on a campaign, what did you do after the election? I am also currently a grad student but need a job to pay the tuition and other personal expenses. I have heard that most campaign staffers remain unemployed for around three months on average after the election. I will be looking into other private sector jobs as well but am still not sure what kind of jobs I should apply to even though I am just applying to just office assistant jobs so far. I appreciate any advice you can give!
