So the new company that gave me an offer is asking for professional references which I need 4 (2 manager, 2 peers) They send a small survey (takes <2 mins to complete) and so far the 2 peers have done it but the other 2 manager ones haven't yet. They agreed since last week and I've messaged them like twice already nicely and they haven't responded to my text or completed the survey.
