What does a "Thumbs Up" on Ziprecruiter mean?

I just got a notification telling me that a hiring manager gave my application a thumbs up.

"Nice work. You have a great application. Your skills and experience are well-suited for a role as a Manufacturing Technician ."

I've put in like 50 applications on ziprecruiter and even had a few interviews, but I haven't seen that before. What does that mean for me as an applicant?

This is for a job that I wasn't sure if I was exactly what they wanted, but I applied for it anyway.
