I was recently approached by a recruiter, date for introductory call was set and i made my availability by excusing my current employer, the call was supposed to be held on skype as i wasn’t available in that region. The recruiter messaged me last minute saying he has to reschedule, and i accepted the new date but the recruiter could not make it this time either. So he proposed to skip introductory call with him and move on to technical interview directly since he was being a bottleneck. He emailed me with the availability and i chose the earliest availability (after 3 days) but did not get any response. I emailed him again for his confirmation and still no response, i still kept my schedule clear just in case the call was really scheduled, but again no response. The call was supposed to be on friday, its monday today, should i email back to the recruiter or consider this as a dead end and leave all hopes behind. Secondly should i email the company for the unprofessional behaviour by the recruiter?
P.s. the company is a multi-national, and i would not like to disclose the name.
