Training program with guaranteed job offer

Hi all

Just came across this website called ITCareerswitch where you complete a 3-4 week training course and then are put it in a job with a starting salary of 18k. The course costs £600 but they state if they don’t find you a job you’ll get a full refund.

Anyone have any experience with something like this? Hesitant on whether to go ahead.
