Should I stay or should i go ?

Hello everyone !

I have been working for an organization where I dreamt to work for 4 years now. Since I never got a raise or promotion. I am constantly taking training courses, my personal assessments are outstanding, I work weekends and whenever needed but I just don't seem to move on. Plus my contracts for the those past years are always short term. I see new people in the team who get promoted withing 10 months and here I am where I started. When asking my supervisor i am always told how great I am and something will come my way.

Should I leave and look for something else. ? I feel used and unappreciated and even I like what I m doing this makes me depressed and sad all the time.
