Hello pals. I need just to read other perspectives on my situation.
My coworkers are nice and the working environment is good but my salary is shit (1200 € net), I'm not learning nothing new, I doubt there will be some formal training in the future and my tipical working day is doing quality controls (visual) in the production department (25% of the time), sitting in front of a computer making silly documents and checking if documents of suppliers are updated for the sake of bureaucracy (70%) and make copies, collect signatures, etc.. (5%).
Even if I'm not the smartest guy around here and even if the national economy now is pretty shitty in my country, I suppose I could aim to something better.
The problem is that I'm really worried to change my job because I don't want to ruin my resumè looking like the classic job-hopper that is bored of his job too often.
I'm working for this company from 5 months and I graduated in chemistry (MSc) one year ago (I've 28yo if that's matter).
I'm completely wasting my degree and, more important, I'm worried that working on this field (that I don't like) I'm precluding the possibility of working in other fields in the future
What would you do if you were in my position?
