So I am at the last stage of an interview in need of references. I was wondering if i should use my old manager (same company I am at now, different department) I just don’t want my current manager to know that i am trying to get a new job and i just generally don’t want to use her for a reference lol I want to make sure though that it’s okay and that he wouldn’t tell my current manager. I also contacted my old boss from my first job but he didn’t email me back yet probably cause of the holiday today so im hoping I can use him as well.
