Recruiter contacted me and I have no idea what the job is

So I feel like a bit of an idiot, but google isn't helping me much here.

A recruiter contacted me via email today and said they had a vacancy for a Turnaround Agent, and that it's similar to outbound sales and retention.

I have no idea what a turnaround agent is, and I don't want to call and be like 'what's a turnaround agent' and then they tell me and I'm like 'no'.

I've tried asking my friends but we're all stumped. Any help would be much appreciated.
