Records clerk essential skills?

Hello fellow job people, I have a interview for a records clerk tomorrow afternoon. Since being informed I have the interview I have done research and training on programs I think may be essential to the job. This is why I'm here and hoping perhaps a few of you have some history in records clerk work, because I do not.

So in your experience/ knowledge, what programs/ procedures would you consider essential for a hopeful and aspiring records clerk to know?

To give some info I have familiarized myself with word, excel, powerpoint, excel, g suite. Plenty customer service experience, super comfortable and quick learning with tech, experience as a concierge.

I just want to make sure I've got everything covered. This job is a huge step up for me. Still reading over the job description, I have gained experience for this jobs various tasks from several different jobs over my years.

Any help/info would be most appreciated. Thanks.
