Psych Degree but don’t want to do ABA no more and Grad School would be out of the question... for a while

So as the title states I have BA in psychology and I’m looking for a new career/job. I’m currently doing ABA (Applied Behavioral Analysis) but I don’t want to do that anymore. I want to get more into the social aspect of work and actually be a part of something in a company. I looked at HR positions but even entry or associate positions require 2+ years of similar experience. I definitely do not have. are there any other options? Has anyone with my degree or similar come across this problem?
