I am looking for a job in a foreign country, preferably in western/central europe, but i'm unsure where and how to find such a job. Do I have to speak the native language for most jobs? Is there any recommended websites for foreigners looking for jobs? I am mostly open to anything, be it customer service or to work at a souvenir/tourist shop.
