Just started a new job, but got an offer from the original company I was looking at.

I recently started a new job. It’s an entry level position with a large global tech company. The Job has 30 days of full on site training and then on and off training from there until the 90 day mark. The job requires 18 months in the role until you can be promoted.

The job I originally applied for got back to me with an offer and the pay is ever so slightly more. The difference is this company is a smaller, but booming with growth. I have a family member and quite a few acquaintances that work here and are always talking about how much they enjoy it there and how fast they’re growing. Promotion within 6 months is the normal trend right now.

The benefits come out to be equal with all things considered.

Does it make more sense to leave the larger company for a smaller one with faster potential career advancement?
