Day 5 of wisdom tooth pain. My surgery isn't till next week and I've been working these 5 days despite being in pain. Should I take today off?

I've had 2 appointments, the first was at my primary dentist, the other was for the oral surgery. My manager had me scheduled to come in to work at 11:30 am and both appointments ended before that time and my manager would still have me come in. She knows I'm in pain and expects me to come in still. I am still a new employee I've only been at this job for a month and a week and I honestly hate this job due to workplace drama and unprofessionalism in the workplace. I do take ibuprofen before going to work but it always wears off while I'm working. Should I take today off or go to work?
