Jobs that require little to no interviewing but pays a livable wage?

I will graduate in December with a BS in Finance with no related professional experience and am legitimately terrible at interviews. Do you know of any jobs that require little to no interviewing and pay enough for a single guy to survive (and preferably with room to move up in the company)? I have rent covered for about a year so I at least don't have to worry about that yet.
