Jobs that allow you to adjust your hours for non-degree seeking school courses

Some academic subjects usually require a lot of mentorship before an individual has the "maturity" to study and correctly learn the material on their own.

Let's say a university course in Quantum Mechanics (for example) is only offered on-campus at 12:00 pm or 2:00 pm Monday Wednesday Friday. I want to take it as a non degree seeking student because it interests me incredibly.
