I’ve decided I want to pursue a career as a cop or a military officer. However, on my medical record I have a pretty outstanding issue.....

I am (17f) and decided a career as a police officer or working my way through the military is my ideal path after high school. Unfortunately a few months ago I was being a reckless stupid teen that resulted in my hospitalization for a .25 BAC, I understand as a government worker your background check includes views of your personal medical records. Before I get too excited about finally having some sort of direction on what I want to do with my life, I need to know how having an underage drinking hospitalization on my record will effect me pursuing any sort of career in these fields and how bad it will/might stop me.
