Employment issues and suggestions

Hello,

This can be a bit hard to describe, but I have several issues which are preventing me from finding 'real' employment. I have a non-verbal learning disability, fine motor issues (though not always an issue when it comes to typing and the like), and for all practical tasks lack a visual memory. I don't tend to have social issues despite having many other traits that pertain to a non-verbal learning disability, although I prefer not to be around people. I'm 24 now, and have had internships/volunteer positions since I was 18. I have published articles online on a few topics, but haven't had much success in making anything out of it.

The only paid employment I had really was while in college, but it was a job that anyone could have done. It was the most basic IT position imaginable, and most days I didn't have a single thing to do, which was fine for me as it gave me a chance to get work done. I enjoyed it merely because I was able to do it without running into too many issues. I graduated with a degree in political science and a minor in philosophy, although I didn't really intend to do anything with with either of them, it was just easy for me to grasp the material but barring law school there wasn't much of a direction for me to go with these degrees.

I'm finding it quite difficult to find positions that do not involve these areas. Until about 4 months ago I was working as a volunteer at an IT help desk hoping they would hire me full time eventually, but after about a year and a half I quit since it wasn't going anywhere. I've had occasional contract work (i.e creating spreadsheets for companies), but nothing really lucrative or valuable. I worked in the building where I live for a short period, but I ran into issues so I was essentially forced to quit it.

I've been using a state service to help me find employment, but it hasn't really been of that much value given the extent of my difficulties. It's pretty discouraging in the long run, and despite assistance from my family and outside services i've had very little luck. I decided to take a few courses in technology recently, but was forced to drop them due to some of my disabilities preventing me from completing them. I could find another internship/volunteer work, but after years of doing them without any benefit beyond padding out my resume I don't see the point.

In short i'm wondering if anyone has any suggestions on going forward, because I am frustrated that I cannot seem to find any success in the job market.

TLDR: I have a variety of disabilities that include a limited visual memory and motor issues and am finding it difficult to find employment given these issues.

I'm really not sure if this is the best forum to post a question like this, but i'm not exactly sure where else to post it on this site. I have a few other reddit accounts and preferred not to use them to create a question like this.
