Interview for a position I'm VERY unqualified for

So I have an interview for a position coming up that I'm very excited about. It's an academic advisor and director of alumni affairs role at a local university. However it requires 5 years of experience working with students, and I only have about 1-2 years, and that's pushing it.

I looked up the position online and found out most of the people who have this job in other departments have about 20-30 years of experience working with students, usually as an academic assistant or advisor. I have nowhere near that kind of experience. I'm now wondering why they asked me to interview with them in the first place, because I'm 22 years old and have about 6 months of professional experience in the workplace.

Also the interview is a panel interview with 4-5 people. I've never interviewed with that many people before, and I'm curious how to approach it.

TL;DR: How would you approach an panel interview for a position you are SEVERELY underqualified for?
