I wanna quit 5 months in.

This design company promised a lot when I joined but post that has just been a series of disappointments. It's just been 5 months and I hate going there. Only thing is that it's got a good name. The pay isn't even what I asked for.

So far I have been with companies for 1year, 2years, 8 months, 1.5 years and now this one. Does it reflect poorly that I am changing jobs rather frequently? I have a standing offer from another company and can join them anytime.
