How to remember but not memorize my interview answers

Whenever I have an interview the next day, I would spend the two nights before memorizing all my answers to the common questions, I'm so used to doing that that I don't know how to interview as a person and not a robot, it's so frustrating because I'm usually great with people, but when something important is at stake I get super anxious, hence, force myself to recite my answers every minute of every day leading up to the interview. Which I'm sure plays a big role in why I haven't landed a job yet..

I don't really know how to ask this but what are some tips to remember the main points I would like to discuss without memorizing my answers word for word?
