Where I work, there are people that have worked here 20+ years. A few coworkers just celebrated their 5 year mark. It's my first full-time job out of college. I'm pretty lucky to work here since there isn't anything major for me to complain about. I don't have toxic coworkers. My boss is awesome and treats me like a friend. People appreciate my work. Pay and benefits are also competitive for me. But I know I don't want to stay here long-term. And it seems job hopping is expected nowadays for upward mobility. How do you know if your job is the job you want to work at for life?
