Having difficulty with bossy colleague who sticks her nose in my business and tattles to the manager

I have a colleague who's younger than me and has been at the company less time than me who used to share work with me about 50/50. However after we had some disagreements in which she was complaining to the management about me not keeping up with her directives or otherwise me leaving her too much work when I was off, we were split up and became responsible for our own clients and projects. We still share a bit when one is off and vice versa, but it's less.

That said, our "break up" hasn't completely resolved animosity between us. The problem is that she still complains about the work I leave the team when I'm off (I have a 4 on, 4 off, 11 hr/day schedule vs. her 5 on, 2 off 8 hr a day schedule) and did so to the management. The reality is that I can only do so much on the 4 days and at some point, my projects and clients fall onto my colleagues when I'm off (and vice versa). After a particularly busy week where I had side projects I had to complete urgently, I fell behind on my regular workload and so I started staying later beyond 11 hours, and both the management and my bossy colleague noticed it. Management told me to try to respect my schedule, I thought listen, if I choose to do unpaid OT, I will do so on my own time, I'm not bothering anyone anyway, right? Well apparently my colleague disagreed. The other day I came in on my day off and the first thing Miss Bossy said when she saw me is: "Why are you here? You shouldn't come on your day off!" Then I explained I had some loose ends to tie up, to which she responded, "Oh yeah, what do you have to work on?" To which I was thinking , mind you own business lady, what is it to you? But I didn't , I explained.

Then later on Miss Bossy let it slip that the manager knows I came in on my day off as I'm sure she emailed her after I had emailed my colleague that I was indeed planning to come on my day off. And apparently my colleague also asked the manager if I was coming to do (paid) overtime - again - as if it was any of her business. Then as if her meddling and tattling on me coming in off the clock wasn't enough, she started complaining (just as she had done in front of our supervisor), that she thinks it's unfair that she has a 5 on , 2 off schedule and I have a 4 on , 4 off (the only one). - and that I should be there 5 days a week like everyone else. But the supervisor already told her she can ask for help if handling my workload on my days off is too much of a burden for her. But nope, she ignored the advice and every time she has some sort of beef with me, she tattles to and bothers the manager. I like my current schedule - although it's more challenging to have to handle my workload spread out over 4 days instead of 5, I like the freedom the 4 days off gives me to travel, catch up on stuff, etc.

Any ideas on how to convince the colleague to mind her own business without being too aggressive about it? I'm already being micromanaged by the manager and on thin ice, I don't need a fellow colleague creating more problems for me as she's done in the past and continues to do so. I even offered to cover her for an upcoming 4 week vacation - which is unheard of in the company for a new employee, and yet she doesn't seem to realize how her meddling could put that in danger - if let's say I quit and the company has to scramble to cover her or tell her to cancel her vacation.
