So I've been unemployed for 2 years, I literally have ZERO references. I've always been an extra extra introvert...
I recently got a fast food job, but I'm completely new to it (only 1 month) so I'm still training/learning. And I'm only getting 15 hours a week so I haven't really had time to really connect with anyone at work.
However, I recently got an interview for a full time admin job...I had the interview last week and it went extremely well (Surprisingly).
And just now they emailed me asking for references, which I guess is a good sign that I might have a chance ?! But...I'm feeling extremely anxious and nervous because I actually have no references to give them :( literally the only candidates are my manager/co worker at my fast food job...But I don't feel like I have a good enough relationship with them since I'm new and only in training...
I don't know what to do...
