Finish bachelors or enter workplace?

I’m 22 and I’m trying to decide if I should go back for a bachelors in business or find a job.

• I have an associates of science which from what I’ve read only proves I have a pulse • I own a small service business < 10 employees • partner in another startup branding agency incorporated 4 months ago • have a pretty diverse skill set and understanding of businesses

Main reason I’m looking for more income is because I want to be financially free by the time I’m 34 and that’s going to require an extra 70k a year from my projections. I don’t really know if my experience in the businesses is enough to get me in the door for a decent position, or if my associates will make me look like under qualified.
