I graduated in 2017 with a B.S. in environmental science and a minor in geology. For the past 2 years I have been stuck in a very toxic work environment to pay the bills. Every job in my field that I come across requires several years experience. I can't get experience if no one hires me! I'm just at a loss of what to do at this point. I have anxiety that is brought up by change so I'm not in a place to move to the other side of the state or change states. Does anyone have any advice on what to do or where to look for jobs that I might be missing?
