Boss always makes me stay late

People who've solved this, what did you say? It happens almost every other shift and makes me really mad that they couldn't manage the store or schedule good enough to get employees out on time.

didn't get off till 10:40pm today when I was scheduled 3-10. I can't remember if its a rule, but assuming they can place those rules, is there anything I can do? Problem is I can't clock out until manager does it for me. So I would just leave at 10 but I can't . It's a part time job so no over time or salary

I want to say "So you have no problem with me being 30mins late" or "Do it yourself". Because they need me, I don't need them.
