Will have a BS in Natural Resources and Environmental Science, what office type jobs are open for me?

So I will be graduating in a couple semesters with a bachelors in Natural Resources and Environmental Science from Purdue University with a certification Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Services. This is kind of a last minute switch major wise due to timing and cost issues with paying for university as I was originally pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Information and Analytics.

I am wondering what kind of jobs that are open to me. I am looking for an office job and/or a job that has me traveling for work and a minimal amount of field work as I am still working on physical therapy. I grew up being taught investing, high level business operations, and management and have taken plenty of supply chain and economic classes.

I am hoping to find something in the energy or mining sector, or defense sector but am open to other things but I really want to be traveling for work. I would prefer to live in either Colorado, Texas, or Washington in that order and in major cities due to major medical issues.
