Just had an interview and one of the managers I spoke to said the company was going through a reorganisation. This is a large company with offices around the world, so when I heard that I assumed a lot of people were probably already let go in the HQ which is where I would be working... But another interviewer said there were multiple positions open and they were trying to recruit more people because there was a lot of work and not enough people to do the work. So I'm wondering, which one is it? On paper this is a good opportunity, however, I'm a little worried that this might mean I'm walking into a situation where it's complete chaos due to the reorganisation. Everyone I spoke to said they really liked working there but of course they wouldn't tell me any real negatives in this situation.
