Negotiating salary entering new job

Offered a new job to be a branch manager at a contractor supply house to open up a brand new location coming from a Department Supervisor position at a retail chain. Currently my hourly wage is around 17/hr so I am getting about 33k. They are offering me 54k, company car, gas card, and potential bonus for if the new store does well in the first year. New store probably wont be available for the first 6 months anyways so I am assuming I will not be bonusing yet. I have built up 3 years of really good personal credit with my current job and have been asked to apply of Assistant manager position something which carries with it stock options, good benefits, and a similar salary but requires nights and weekend work cuz...retail. I have also applied for several corporate jobs within this same company - one I would stick with for a duration of my career but it SUPREMELY difficult to get into. New job is 7-5 no nights and one Sat a month. I want to ask for 60k but I do not know what the right way to ask may be. I dont have experience with this new company, don't know their systems, and would basically be training for the first 6 months. Thoughts?
