I had a phone interview with a manager, but the appointment was canceled an hour before. I reached out to the manager and received a response that they are moving forward with other candidates. However, they would update me after they have finished those on-site interviews. Do I just give up hope that they will not contact me? I was really looking forward to interviewing because it is a job that I saw myself working in for a long time.
