Interview in a hour please help!!!

I got a call from a company that I applied for last Monday telling me to come the next day for the interview but I was out of the state and asked them to reschedule the interview after 3 days.

But before the day of the interview I caught the flu and had to ask them to again reschedule the interview for today which they agreed.

But I am not better yet the doctors told me to take a complete rest for an another week.

What do I tell them now should I call them and tell my situation and ask for a another date???

or tell them i could not make it because I can't keep asking them to reschedule for my convenience and politely cancel while thanking them for their consideration.???

Please reply tell me what to do
