I'm wondering if there is any hope for having a job in the future and not hating every single second of it as a 16 year old.

All I see when I see someone talking about jobs is the 80 hour work weeks, no time outside of work and no financial stability despite all the work they do. Is this the majority of cases? I don't have a desire for anything grand like a big house, fast cars or any other bullshit like that. I just want a job that I can bear with some time to go home and chill. Is this a realistic expectation for the average person?
