I've been ignoring it for as long as I could hoping she would grow tired of provoking a target she won't get a reaction from, but it's only gotten worse and worse and I can't take it anymore. I hate going to work because of her. She ignores me and won't talk to me unless I make a mistake no matter how minor. Yesterday she said I didn't clean something correctly and said I did a terrible job despite doing exactly what my boss instructed me to do. Before I left I went to see what her "improvement" was and it looked no different. And also set me up to fail, I was trying make some coffee ( I work in the restaurant industry) and she refused to move enough to let me get the beans out from a cabinet and caused me to have a small spill. It wasnt a big deal and I cleaned it up immediately, but made a huge deal saying I spilled all of it (only a tiny bit spilled) and even if I had spilled all of them it was partially her fault because she wouldn't let me get it out properly because she refused to move. And this is only a small selection. She refuses to acknowledge or downplays my accomplishments and competence saying "she did one thing that's not impressive." Or stays silent when I complete favors for her, never thanking me even thought I thank her for her work. Everyone else loves her and when I bring up her behavior they say oh that's just X she's blunt. But that's not bluntness she's bullying me and she clearly takes pleasure in it. I'm getting depressed and all I want to do is just disappear or die because she's making me feel completely worthless. Help please.
