Should I leave the job that I love for a huge pay raise?

I started with my current employer a year and a half ago as a general laborer and have worked my way up to management. I really enjoy my job as it allows me to be outdoors in an environment that I really enjoy. For the most part my job is very fulfilling and I get to see the fruit of my labor every day. I get along quite well with all of my coworkers, and my boss and I have become pretty good friends. I currently make $32,000 salary and commute 40 miles one way to work. I also have no insurance, retirement plan of any sort, and limited PTO. I do get the holidays off in the winter, but have to work holidays in the spring, summer, and fall. I do, however get to go on a few trips to conferences which are paid for by the company. My boss is also grooming me to move up and is trying to get me some help in getting my education.

The job offer that I am considering pays $28/hr with excellent insurance, 401k with match, and plenty of PTO. My commute would also only be 10 miles compared to the 40 at my current job. I would be going to 3rd shift with this job instead of 1st. This is also a job at a mining plant, so it would be very repetitive and not nearly as fulfilling as the job I have now. Is it worth the extra money and benefits?
