So I started my job now for almost 4 months at one of the big banks. During my time there, it has been stressful which Is fine by me but it’s the disorganization and overtime literally every day for the past 3 weeks. I want to apply for Google for a job I’m very well qualified for. I mean I love the job I have now and got super super lucky but man, the culture fit is not there anymore. No life and work balance. My boss expects me to work until 8 pm until shit gets done when it can wait the next day then messages me at 7 am next day to get it done asap when I literally just had breakfast and not in the office. Anyhow, I guess I feel like it would look bad on my end if I apply for a new job when I just started at my job now. Should I do it anyways?
