Hi all, this is the first time I’ve ever applied for a job within the company I work for. It’s a small non profit and my manager recommended I apply for the position. It’s very similar to my position now, just more focused on a specific task. -When submitting my cover letter and resume, do I word it as if I’m completely new to the company, or do I state that I’ve been working there for x amount of years, am proficient in x y z platforms used, etc? -What will the interview questions be like? -What are some questions I can ask after the interview? I’m at a loss with this one.
The people I will be interviewing with are the same supervisors I have in my current position and we communicate on a daily basis. I want to make sure I come off as professional and not make myself seem as if I think I’m “in” already.
