How do I talk about my current place of employment in interviews/resume?

My current jobs work environment is very toxic and since this is such, I am looking to find employment elsewhere. How do I speak about this in an interview/on my resume without trash talking my current job (because I doubt interviewers want to hear that). Do I mention that aspect at all? Its literally the only reason I want to leave, besides that my current job is fine. I'd also assume interviewers would want to know why I want to leave my current job (hence why I ask all this). What do I do? thanks!
