I signed a job offer with a company over a month ago and am due to start in January 2022. Now another bigger and higher paying offer from another company came through. How bad would it look if I rejected my other offer after signing the job contract of acceptance for this new offer? The role is not exactly the same, slightly better but is for a larger company in the same industry and higher paying.
